Luxevogue Silver Jewellery – Return & Exchange Policy

Size Exchange

* Size exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.
* Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
* Customers are required to upload clear images of the product and tags while initiating the request.
* All requests will undergo verification before approval.

Pickup & Shipping (Size Exchange)

* Reverse pickup is available for most serviceable locations.
* If reverse pickup is unavailable:
    * You may self-ship the product.
    * Shipping charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 upon sharing valid proof.

Other Details

* Exchanges are subject to size availability.
* A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order will be applicable (collected at checkout).
* If the requested size is unavailable:
    * The product value will be issued as Luxevogue store credit.
    * Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
* Partial exchanges are allowed for multi-item orders.
    * The handling fee is applied once per order.

Product Exchange (Different Product)

* Requests for exchanging with a different product can be made within 7 days of delivery.
* Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
* Clear product images must be uploaded during the request process.
* All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval.

Conditions

* Exchange is subject to product availability.
* A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies.
* If the new product value is higher → Difference to be paid at checkout.
* If lower → Balance issued as Luxevogue store credit.

* If unavailable:
    * Self-ship the product.
    * Courier charges reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof.

Returns

* Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
* Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
* Clear product images must be uploaded when initiating the return.
* All returns are subject to verification before approval.

Important Note

* No monetary refunds (bank/UPI/card) will be issued.
* Approved returns will be provided as Luxevogue store credit only.
* Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
* Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.

* You may self-ship the item.
* Courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 with valid proof.

Partial Returns

* Allowed for multi-item orders.
* Handling fee is applied once per order.

Damaged / Incorrect Product

* Please report within 48 hours of delivery.
* Share clear images of the product and packaging.
* After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit, as per your preference.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

* Personalized or custom-made jewellery.
* Final sale items.
* Orders placed using B1G1 offers are not eligible for partial cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
